To create an account or place an order, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@enchantedforest.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraud or abuse.
All prices are listed in US dollars. Sales tax is added where applicable based on your shipping address.
Payment is due at checkout. Orders are not reserved until payment clears. We reserve the right to cancel any order with a full refund if a pricing error, inventory issue, or fraud concern is discovered after the order is placed.
Discounts and promotional codes can be revoked or modified at any time and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Bids are binding. By placing a bid you commit to purchase the item at your bid amount if you are the highest bidder when the auction closes. Bids cannot be retracted after they are placed.
Card on file required. A valid payment card must be saved to your account before you can bid. By bidding, you authorize us to automatically charge your card on file for the winning amount when the auction closes.
Anti-snipe extension. If a bid is placed in the final 60 seconds of an auction, the end time extends by another 60 seconds. This continues until a full 60 seconds pass with no new bids.
Reserve prices. Some auctions have a hidden minimum (reserve price). If the highest bid does not meet the reserve, the auction ends without a winner and no charges are made.
Failed charges. If your card declines when we attempt to charge you at close, you will receive an email and have 24 hours to update your payment method. If you do not, we may cancel your win, offer the item to the runner-up, relist it, or take other action at our discretion.
Prohibited bidding behavior. No proxy bidding, automated scripts, multiple-account bid pumping, or any other manipulation. Violators will be banned and bids voided.
Cancellation rights. We reserve the right to cancel any auction or void any bid if we suspect fraud, manipulation, technical error, or if circumstances make completion impractical.
Winning bidders agree to reasonable shipping windows. Refusing to accept delivery of an auction item you won and paid for does not entitle you to a refund.
We ship Monday through Wednesday only, to avoid plants sitting in transit over weekends. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday ship the following week.
We ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
Current shipping rates:
Shipping is calculated automatically based on what's in your cart. Some bundle products have a discounted solo shipping rate that applies only when the bundle is the single item in the cart; mixed carts fall back to the tiers above.
Plants are packaged with insulation and cold/heat protection. Shipping during extreme weather may be delayed at our discretion to protect the plant. You will be notified if your shipment is held.
Tracking is provided once your order ships. You are responsible for accepting delivery and providing safe drop-off conditions.
A heads-up about Colocasia: these don't ship the best and often drop a leaf or two in transit. That's totally normal — they bounce back fast and will push new leaves within a couple weeks of unboxing. Most sellers chop all the leaves off before shipping for exactly this reason. We don't do that — so some leaves may arrive browning, yellowing, or dying back from the stress of being boxed up. Don't be alarmed if that happens; the corm and root system are what matter, and new leaves will push within a couple of weeks.
Live plants are perishable. We carefully inspect every plant before shipping, but rare cases of transit damage do happen.
DOA claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via the contact form or by emailing hello@enchantedforest.com with clear photos of the plant in its packaging. Approved DOA claims are refunded or replaced at your choice.
We do not cover damage caused by the customer, environmental issues after delivery, improper care, or claims submitted outside the 48-hour window.
Auction items are subject to the same DOA window. Auction wins are not eligible for refund or return outside of valid DOA claims.
Non-DOA refunds are issued at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.

Plants are living organisms. We make no guarantees about long-term survival, growth rate, leaf size, variegation stability, or any specific traits beyond what is described at the time of sale.
Some species we sell are toxic to pets and humans. You are responsible for researching the safety of any plant before purchasing and for safe handling. We provide general care guidance but cannot be responsible for outcomes resulting from improper care or unsafe placement.
The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the site or any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations. In those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
